I am enclosing to you a certificate from Cornell, one from College Entrance Examination Board, and one from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and am glad to note that the institution at Troy will admit you in September without examination in all subjects except English, and that the condition in English will be cancelled if you pass satisfactorily the Freshman English course. I congratulate you on this satisfactory result of your work and examinations XXx
