Dear Sir:--

Your note at hand and it pleased me very much to receive it. I am certain that Mr. Sun will receive the benefit desired as I informed you in my last letter.

Of course in your case I do not know just what the condition was but sometimes when the deflection is anteriorly situated it is advisable to have a secondary operation done because it is always unwise to do too much at one sitting. In Mr. Sun’s case the deflection was situated posteriorly and it is rarely that we have to do any secondary operation. If you should be in town at any time I would be pleased to have you call and see me in regard to it and I assure you that I will do my utmost to give you relief. Believe me,

Very truly yours
