Dear Sir:
I have your letter of recent date. While I have no doubt that I would be fully justified in sending you the address of Mr. Fayuen Sun, it has long been our custom to supply addresses of our old boys only in cases where the reasons for the request are known to and approved by us. As I am acting in a measure in the capacity of Mr. Sun’s guardian, I shall be pleased to be further enlightened in this particular matter before complying with your request. Possibly I can be of some service to you myself.
Very truly yours,
