My dear Fayuen:
At your request I am sending you herewith check for eighty dollars to cover your monthly expenses. Please let me know if you have any back Bills still unpaid. Mr. Tong writes me that his friend, Mr. Wong, who is coming to this country very soon, and is to take charge of the finances and work of the Government students, has consented to take charge of your case also. I am desirous, therefore, of rendering Mr. Wong a complete statement of your accounts to date. For that reason it is imperative that I should have all bills in hand.
With every good wish to you for the coming holiday season, believe me,
