My dear Mr. Ungvary,

Your letter of the 29th inst. received. Our school year opens on September 18th in the morning. Most of the boys will report here at least a day before.

The room assigned you is supplied only with a rough bedstead, table and chairs. It will be well for you to bring such articles as you already have.

Mr. Anderson is still undecided about entering, but I am hopeful that he will decide to join us this fall.

Sincerely yours
Alfred E Stearns.
Principal

As I am obliged to leave town on an early train I am asking my secretary to sign this letter for me.
