Mr.John Ungvary
South Norwalk, Conn.

Dear Sir:

It is disappointing to me to have to advise you that your boy’s work, which at times has been of an excellent quality, has been so unsettled and week of late as to lead us to deem it wise to withdraw from him when he returns next fall the regular privileges of the school in the way of excuses. John has so clearly shown his ability to maintain a satisfactory standing that the failures recorded on the enclosed report must be regarded as clearly unnecessary. I earnestly hope that he will apply himself in the future to meet more diligently all of the requirements of the school, and to attain a standard of work that will bring only satisfaction to himself and his friends.

Very truly yours,

Alfred Stearns
