My dear Yung:
Many thanks for your letter of the 25th inst. I think on the whole at this late date it would be wisest for you to keep your room at Mrs. Holt’s and I have notified Mrs. Holt accordingly. The boys who made most of the trouble in this house last year are not to return, and I think there is every chance that you will find a good lot of fellows there who will not be noiser than is to be expected of the average healthy boy.
Very Sincerely yours.
