My dear Dr. MacDaniel:
Thank you for your letter of October 1st and the helpful suggestion in regard to Tu’s finances. I am enclosing a check for $25.00 for you to keep for possible and special emergencies that may arise and which I am glad to feel will be held by you without the boy’s knowledge. Knowing Tu as I do, I am sure that this is a wise provision.
