My dear Dr. Stearns:
Yours of December 22nd reached me concerning Mr. Tu. I am glad you have written him such a letter.
He has returned to our school from New York and is in good health and spirits. I will take an early opportunity to impress upon him the facts which you state in your letter. You are perfectly right in the position which you take.
I trust that the coming here will note an improvement upon his part regarding the care and use of his money.
Very truly yours,
Dr. A. E. Stearns, Andover, Mass.
