My dear Tu:

Thank you for your letter of recent date.

I am returning the bill, however, since I have deposited with
your president $50.00 to your account, which I understood was to, be used for small items of this kind. Please present the bill to him, therefore, for payment and ask him to forward to me this and any other receipts he may later secure to be filed with your other papers.

I assume that the president will also supply you out of the funds now in his hands money for this month’s incidentals. If he is not willing to do this, please ask him to write me direst and explain just what is desired. I certainly understood from his letter that the $50.00 sent him, I would be used for just such items as these.
With all food wishes, believe me

Very sincerely yours.
