Dear Dr. Stearns:
The check of $120 sent from you was duly received. Enclosed you will find my receipt. But gay former bud jet for the whole month is about $20 too low. Furthermore, I went to cure my adenoid trouble. I spent $15 in the hospital which my budget includes not. Would you please send $35 more to me for this month?
Doctor charges me $126 for adenoid operation.I feel this bill is rather too high. I am asking him to charge me less. I don't know whether he agrees or not.
