Dear Charlie:
Thanks for your last letter with its outline of the courses which you your are planning to take this coming year. Certainly these ought to furnish you a lot of valuable knowledge and prove immensely interesting besides.
I am due in New York for the College Entrance Examination Board meetings the latter part of October, and as those meetings are held at Columbia, I hope that this will furnish me with an opportunity to get in a little visit with you. In the meantime, the best of wishes for a successful and happy year.
