Hon. Sao Ke Alfred Sze
Chinese Legation
Washington. D. C.
Dear Mr.Sze:
Thank you so much for your kind letter of May 17.
I have made formal application at Elmira for Mary’s admission next fall and hope to be able to close matters soon. In the meantime I will advise Miss French so soon as I can secure from Mrs. Russell the desired information, just what subjects Mary will have to be tutored in during the coming summer.
Very sincerely yours.
