Dear Sir:
We write to inform you that at the request of Miss Mary Sun (we may have the name incorrect as her signature is not absolutely legible), Whittier School, Merrimac, Mass., we are sending her 3 1/4 yds. white flannel and charging it to you. In case this does not meet with your approval, will you inform us at once?
We do not wish to delay this order, believing it to be authentic, and are only notifying you in accordance with our business policy.
