Dear Sir:
I have just received your letter of February 28th relative to the accident involving an automobile operated by Mr. Charlie Sun, your ward, now in Amherst College. The other automobile was operated by Gordon A. Noyes.
The Aetna Casualty & Surety Co. insured the automobile of Mr. Noyes and as a result of the collision, of the two automobiles, was put to a considerable expense.
After an extensive investigation of the occurrence and a reviewal of the facts by the writer with Mr. Charles
U. Hatch, Attorney of the Company, I believe it would be to the best interests of all concerned that we arrange for an interview. This is the reason for my letter to you dated February 28th.
I now find that it would be extremely inconvenient for me to be in Boston on any date in the coming week and I trust my letter has in no way inconvenienced you. Will you kindly set the date for any time after March 12th and in that week ending March 17th if possible.
