My dear Sir:

I am enclosing a blank asking for information about Charles K.H. Sun, who is being considered as a leader for Camp Abnaki, our State Y.M.C.A. Camp for Boys, which is carried on every summer. We have boys there from twelve to eighteen years of age, living in cabins, seven boys and a leader together.

I do not know him personally, but he has been recommended by at least one person I know. He has used your name in his references, and I will be grateful if you will fill out this blank and forward it to me soon. All your answers will of course be entirely confidential.

Thanking you in advance, I am,

Yours sincerely,
