I have just received your letter of May 18, and am enclosing herewith a check for two hundred and fifty dollars as requested. If you need more, let me know.
Yes, so far as I can now tell, I shall be here on June 1, and certainly I shall be only too glad to see you. If I am not at the office, come to the house, please, or if you prefer and will let me know just when I can find you there, wait for me at the new Phillips Inn.
