I am instructing the Tientsin Branch of the National City Bank of New York to advice their home office or their agent to collect from you the sum of six thousand two hundred and fifteen dollars and seventy-nine cents ($6215.79) or thereabout. On presentation of this, please make the payment, and I will feel obliged if you will advice me when the said payment is made.
