My dear Mr. Sun:
Your letter of January 28 to Dr. Stearns has been received in his absence. Dr. Stearns has just sailed for England, where he has been sent by the Trustees to make a study of English schools, and is not expected to return until the last of March. We will, therefore, not be able to get in touch with Minister Sze unless he is still in America on Dr. Stearns return.
Dr. Stearns’s forwarding address while abroad is Brown. Shipley & Co., 123 Pall Mall, London, England.
Very truly yours,
Secretary to Dr. Stearns
