My Dear Dr. Stearns,
I am sending you the bond form which I received from Yale University. Every student at Yale, as I understand, must fill one out. If you will kindly fill out the necessary spaces, please send it back to me. I will endorse it and send it to Yale University. This is the last thing I have to do in order to be formally admitted into the University.
