Dear Mr. Stearns,
Thanks for the check. It fixes me up fine.
Have you heard from Tom? He hasn't written to me for ages. I am hoping to see some of him this summer. What did you decide for him on the car? I hope it is all off. I am worried about it, because I haven't heard from either of you and I don't want the car.
I am going on night duty in isolation tomorrow, as that I have to adjust my self to sleep in day time once more. The ward is under light so I don't think it would be very hard. I am quite excited about going on night duty there.
Nothing very exciting happened the \[?\] life is getting tire some. I'll glad when July comes.
