Thank you for your good letter just received.
If your friends in Springfield are willing to provide for l you during the holidays or part of the holidays, I shall be perfectly willing to have you go there, especially as you will then perhaps be better able to gt in touch with Charlie and perhaps even Arthur. However, we will talk the thing over when I go to Elmira over this coming weekend.
