My dear Doctor Stearns:
The enrollment for camp this year has, so far, exceeded any other year in our history. While there are a number of new and very delightful girls coming to us, yet of course the majority of campers this summer will be as always the girls who have been with us before.
Last year we had to turn away desirable people because we did not have room for them. Of course you know that we are glad to have Mary back this year if it is your desire to send her. We would dislike to have to refuse her registration later because of lack of room; therefore we are writing with the thought that you may wish to come to at least a tentative decision now, and we may have the pleasure of reserving a place for Mary.
Trusting we may hear from you at your earliest convenience, and with best wishes,
Very sincerely,
SEA PINES SCHOOL
