Dear Helen:

Thank you for your good note. It is some time since I have written you. and I must apologize, though I am sure you will realize how busy we are here at this season of the year, especially.

I know that you will have a wonderful time on that New York trip. Do you remember how you used to beg for such a trip a year or two ago? Perhaps the old attractions are no longer there, but anyway the city is, and I am confident that you will find that, at least, interesting.

Trusting that the year will continue to be full of real progress for you in your work, and that it will bring you also many new and good friends and plenty of worth while experiences, believe me

Very sincerely yours,
