Dear Helen:
I have read with interest your letter of June 15, and especially the reference to your Chinese friend who has recently come to this country. Is his middle name "Oberlin," I wonder?
Of course, if Sister Mary Antony is willing to have you receive your friend at Peekskill, I shall be glad be only too glad to add my word of approval. I don't know him, but if the nyes [sic] know him and approve, I am certainly ready to endorse the proposed visit.
Excuse this hasty note, but this is a very busy time for me.
Ever sincerely yours,
