Thank you for your note of December 26, signed by you and Alfred. I am sure you will find a lot that is stimulating in those books I gave you if you will take time to look them over. They are crammed full of worth while thoughts emanating from the best thinkers of every race and nation, past and present.
I am delighted that you are both having such a good time and hope that you appreciate what wonderful friends you have in the Nyes and will make them realize your appreciation by what you are able and willing to do for them in return.
The happiest of New Years to you both when that season arrives.
