My dear Miss Greenwood:
Sister Mary Antony has asked me to send you the enclosed legal agreements which a patron is asked to fill out when a pupil is entered for the first time.
If Dr. Stearns will kindly fill out the two copies and return them to Sister Mary Antony she will sign them, keeping one copy for our files and returning the other to Dr. Stearns.
