My dear Dr. Stearns:—
Enclosed please find bill for the "balance of Tsai’s tuition together with the incidental expenses I find charged to his account .
We find that the boy has improved greatly during the past year. Ho is taking his work more seriously and is doing a better job than he did a year ago. You will be interested to know that last week he was on the camp Honor Roll.
I trust that you are having a fine summer.
