Dear Dr. Stearns
I am sending enclosed herewith draft for Six Hundred and Fifty ($650.00) Dollars, U.S. Currency with which you will please settle the charges and fees incurred by Kuo-fang during his recent operation.
Any balance may be credited to his account.
We are enjoying the best of health, and all the boys join me in sending their kindest regards and fondest remembrances to you.
