Dear Mr. Tsai:
Let me acknowledge receipt of your letter of January 25th enclosing draft for for $650. to be credited to the account of Kuo-fang, and to be used primarily for meeting the extra expenses incurred by the boy’s recent illness. I will see that the accounts are settled at once. Some of them have already been paid, as the boy has a fair balance on hand at the present time.
Please thank the boys for their expressions of good will and accept for them and for yourself my warmest personal regards and best wishes for the days ahead.
