Dr. Alfred E. Stearns,
Home Camp,
Pittsburg, N. H.
My dear Dr. Stearns:
Your note of the 8th regarding Tsai’s tuition is at hand, and in reply would say that we shall not be at all inconvenienced by any delay in settlement. Please let the matter rest until the necessary funds are available.
We are having a very good summer, and are running a little above capacity. The competition at Exeter has not bothered us thus far. In fact a half a dozen of our most enthusiastic campers are boys who spent last summer or the summer before at the Exeter summer session. While I do not expect to convert Dr. Kirtland to my ideas, I firmly believe that it is a good idea to get away from school and college towns during the months of July and August.
With kindest personal regards, I remain
Very truly yours,
