OUR TIENTSIN T.T. AUG- 28th $2.000. IN YOUR FAVOR.
Supplementing our letter of September 6th in which we informed you that we were writing our Tientsin Office for the name of the remitter of the above funds, we are now pleased to inform you that we have heard from our office in that city who state:
"We advise that the above telegraphic payment was sent by Mr. Tsai Shou Kie and that the money is intended for his son, Mr. Kuo Fang Tsai, of whom Mr. Alfred Stearns is guardian. Kindly inform Mr. Stearns to this effect."
