Dear Charlie:
I have just received your letter of June 17. No wonder you are uncertain about the future. If only your countrymen could get together on some common basis and work for the good of their nation, you would soon be world boaster. Nothing permanently good can ever come out of Bolshevik doctrines and noisy agitations.
I expect to be here until the last of the month. After that, address me at Home Camp, Pittsburg, New Hampshire.
With all good wishes, believe me
Faithfully yours.
