Mr. T. Kai Liang
20 Charlesgate West,
Boston, Mass.

My dear Mr. Liang:

Your letter of the 28th is just at hand, together with your brother-in-law’s explication for admission to our Lower Middle Class. He should take our September examinations in Algebra, English and French. They will be given in Andover over only, on Tuesday, September 12th. It will not be possible for him to be examined on the date you mention.

I cannot tell you at this writing what assignment wo can make in accommodations. You can be certain there will be a place for him somewhere.

Very truly yours
Assistant to the Principal
