Cambridge, Mass.

My dear Mr. Chang:

On June 13 we sent to your address the contract for the accommodations assigned to your ward for the coming year. We have not heard from you in reply. If you wish to accept the assignment, we must ask you to return at once the signed contract and the customary deposit of $25, We must know immediately what rooms are available for the incoming boys. We shall hold the assignment for your ward. until a sufficient time for a reply to reach us has elapsed.

I enclose a duplicate copy of the contract
