Mr. dear Mr. Chang:

I am enclosing two contracts for Y. S. Tseng’s room at Clement House, one of which you should sign and return to us as soon as possible. During the summer we sent you two sets of contrasts, but as yet wo have failed to receive the signed contract or any word from you in this connection. It is very important that we have this contract and we would appreciate it very much if you would let us hear from yon at your earliest opportunity.

Very truly yours,

Secretary to the Principal
