Here is the blank, signed as requested. It should be remembered, however, that I cannot sign myself as your official guardian, as that authority has never been delegated to me by your parents. On the other hand, and as you already know, I am both willing and glad to aid you in any way in my power. I sincerely hope that you will secure the scholarship aid desired.
