Mr. C.K. Chien,
Camp Shenandoah
Island Ford, Virgin
My dear Chien:
I am very grateful to you for your letter of August 10th.
We have all, including the boys, just returned from the North Country and and are ready to tackle the work of a new year. I am going to show your letter to the boys and trust that some of them will write you of the fine times they have been having at their camp this summer.
In the meantime accept my best wishes for the days ahead. Don’t forget your old friends in Andover whom I am sure do not forget you. Arthur Sun, as you probably know, is now at Boston Tech and Frank Lin hopes to enter this fall. Sheh and the two younger Sun boys are beginning this fall their second year in Phillips Academy.
Ever sincerely yours,
Mr. C.K. Chien,
