My dear Chien:
Many thanks for your most interesting letter. I am glad the world is using you so well and prospects ahead seem so bright.
If you are up in this section during the holidays do drop in on us for the annual Christmas celebration. We expect to have with us at that time whatever Chinese and other boys are stranded in Andover, and there will be a few of the former in any case, and among them some of your old friends.
Wishing you all the best that life has to give for the days ahead, believe me.
