My dear Mr.Chu:

Four weeks ago we sent for your approval, duplicate contracts for the roots assigned your ward for the coming school year. We have not heard from you about the matter. It is vitally important that we should know at once what rooms are to be available for incoming boys. I am enclosing a third copy of the contract. This you should execute and return at once, with the required $25.00 deposit, in order to retain this room for your ward. I can hold the room for him only until sufficient time has elapsed for your reply to reach me.

Very truly yours.
