My dear Dr. Stern,
I am writing to advise that I have asked Mr. C. T. Chu 303 Fifth Avenue, New York City, to take care of my cousin, T. Y. Lee while I am away. You are asked to kindly communicate with Mr. Chu for whatever matters that may come up pertaining to him, and I am sure Mr. Chu will give them his prompt attention. You would oblige me if you would kindly send me a duplicate copy of my cousin’s scholastic record to the following address.
