My dear Sir:
in the absence of Stearns I am replying to your letter of the 29th, This school is now full for the approaching year, and it will be impossible to consider an application for your admission at this time, We have been overwhelmed with applications and have at the present moment many more names on our waiting list then we can possibly find room for.
