It would be appreciated very much if you would kindly advise this office, using the inclosed addressed envelope which requires no postage, whether you have among your students a Chinese by the name of Tung Hin Wa, who, at the time of his admission into the United States at San Francisco, Cal., November 19, 1918, intended to enter Andover Academy, Andover, Mass., for preparation for a university.
