Allow me to thank you for your letter relating to the admission credits granted by you to Mr. Kai Liang, who is planning to complete hie preparation for the Institute at this school. I trust that we may be able to send the boy to you later fully prepared to meet in a satisfactory way the scholarship requirements of Rensselaer.
