Dear Mr. Liang:

Let me congratulate you most heartily for the splendid results you have obtained concerning the flood relief campaign in your locality. It is indeed encouraging to see the way you have responded to the call and can tell you that we are very proud of the Andover spirit. Your pledge of 91. dollars among six members places you at the top per capita among all the clubs that have reported so far. We hope that your splendid example will be copied by others.

We have so far raised about five hundred dollars (not collected) and expect to arrive at the point of a thousand when we close up.
