My dear Mr. Ingham:
This is merely a note to confirm my telephone message to you last night and to say that in view of the reported illness of one of your students with diphtheria, I deem it wise for Lun Cho Sun to be given a small dose of antitoxin under the proper medical direction.
Trusting that you will experience no further troubles from this source, believe me, with best wishes,
Sincerely yours,
Principal.
