My dear Sir:
I regret the necessity of informing you that Mr. Y.C. Lee has been placed under Official Warning because of scholarship deficiency in German, English Composition, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
It is to be hoped that he will speedily show such improvement in his scholarship as to warrant the removal of this Warning. I trust that we may depend on your co-operation in encouraging him.
