My dear Tommy:

I have your letter of the 20th. Check and letter were mailed you at the Livingston Hall address which you gave me in your last letter.

I have no doubt that these will be forwarded to you. Probably the letter has reached you by this time. If it has not, wire me and I will send a duplicate check, though I dislike to double up on checks in this way. If I hear from you by Wednesday I can get money to you by the time you plan to leave for Northfield.

I have not heard anything about your examination results. You can undoubtedly get the report there at the New Haven office. I hope you will let me know what they are.

The last check from your father which you forwarded to me to deposit was deposited to your account on April 20th and amounted to $442.50.

Hoping to see you in Northfield next week, believe me,

Sincerely yours,
