My dear Tommy:
Thank you for your note. I am enclosing check for $30, as requested. Hold on to it as long as you can.
I had a most interesting visit from Kwan, Mok and Sung last week. They seem to be quite enthusiastic over the prosepcts [sic] of the coming convention at Andover this summer. We shall certainly try to give you fellows a good time.
