My dear Robinson:
I regret very much that I cannot be of assistance to you with the Chinese Minister. Unfortunately, I have never met him myself. I have met, and am in somewhat frequent correspondence with Dr. Yung Kwai, Secretary of the Legation, but I suppose that a letter to him would be of no special value.
Very Sincerely,
Mr. B. Atwood Robinson
